Everly Beauties BD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Permitted uses

• Browse and purchase products for personal or legitimate business use
• Create and manage your customer account
• Leave honest product reviews and ratings
• Contact customer support for legitimate enquiries

Prohibited uses

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Submit false, misleading, or incentivised reviews
• Engage in any fraudulent activity including chargeback abuse

To place orders and access certain features you must create an account. By registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach
• Not create multiple accounts, share accounts, or impersonate another person

Everly Beauties BD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only upon confirmation from Everly Beauties BD via email or SMS. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

• Bank transfers for bulk or wholesale orders

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible but our Return Policy applies.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Promotional prices are valid only for the stated period and while stocks last
• Coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted
• In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and notify customers
• Raffle Draw prizes have no cash equivalent and are non-transferable

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are accurate. However:

• Packaging, colour, and formulation may vary from images shown due to manufacturer updates
• Individual results from beauty and skincare products vary by person
• Everly Beauties BD is not liable for adverse reactions — always perform a patch test before use
• Customers with known allergies should carefully review ingredient lists before purchase
• Expiry dates are verified at stock intake; please check upon receipt

All content on the Everly Beauties BD platform — including logos, text, images, UI design, product descriptions, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Everly Beauties BD or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written consent
• You may share product links and images on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution
• Brand names and trademarks of products we sell belong to their respective owners

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Everly Beauties BD platform:

• Posting fake, misleading, or incentivised reviews
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with our platform
• Purchasing products solely for resale without a wholesale agreement
• Submitting false refund or dispute claims
• Harassing or threatening our staff, team, or other customers
• Impersonating Everly Beauties BD employees or representatives
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law

Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everly Beauties BD shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use
• Skin reactions or adverse effects from products
• Delays caused by third-party couriers or payment processors
• Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

Everly Beauties BD reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or caused harm to other users or our reputation.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support@everlybeautiesbd.com. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. We encourage resolution through our customer support team before pursuing legal action.
