Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
Policy Overview
Everly Beauties BD accepts eligible returns and refunds for orders delivered within Bangladesh, subject to the conditions below.
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it
- Original packaging, seals, and accessories are intact
- Order number or invoice is provided as proof of purchase
- Return request is submitted within the allowed time window
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare, makeup, haircare, or personal care items
- Items with broken seals, missing labels, or tampered packaging
- Free gifts, samples, and promotional giveaways
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may follow the return process after delivery if eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email our support team at support@everlybeautiesbd.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return approval and instructions if eligible.
Return Shipping & Fees
- If the return is due to our error, we cover return pickup or shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original delivery charges (including COD fees) are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged
Refund Method & Timing
Once approved and inspected, refunds are processed as follows:
- Card or mobile banking payments are refunded to the original method where possible
- Cash on Delivery refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer
- Processing typically takes 7-10 business days after approval
Exchanges & Support
If you need a different shade, size, or variant, we can assist with an exchange when stock is available. Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.
