At Everly Beauties, we are committed to delivering your favorite beauty products quickly and securely.

  • Delivery Time:
    Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation and typically delivered within 2days in Chittagong ; 2-3days in Dhaka; 3-5days Outside.
  • Shipping Fees:
    • Chittagong 70tk; Dhaka 80tk & Outside 120tk
  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Order Upon Delivery:
    You must inspect the package in front of the delivery person. Ensure the products match your order and are free from damage.
  2. If There's an Issue:
    • If you notice any damage, defect, or incorrect items, inform the delivery person immediately.
    • Contact our customer support team instantly via phone or email with your order details and a description of the issue.
  1. Returning the Product:
    • Hand the problematic item(s) back to the delivery person.
    • Ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  1. Refund or Replacement:
    • Once we receive the returned product, our team will review the issue.
    • We will process a replacement or refund (as per your preference) within 7-10 working days

Important Notes:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is checked and returned in front of the delivery person.
  • Any claims made after the delivery person leaves may not be eligible for return or replacement.
